Westminster Cares, Inc. is a volunteer non-profit organization whose purpose it is to help our elderly and disabled neighbors to remian as independent as possible regardless of age, infirmity, economics or disabilities. Westminster Cares is committed to promoting programs and services that support healthy aging.
